As President of CRHS, Mr. Hearn provides oversight of all relocation and case management programs including site-based operating systems, program implementation and contract compliance. Mr. Hearn is an expert at providing guidance for URA governed redevelopment projects and an innovator in developing sustainable community based case management programs.

 

Mr. Hearn has worked with a diverse client base that includes housing authorities, developers, property management companies and resident groups. He has a history of completing projects on time and in full compliance with federal state and local requirements. His planning and implementation expertise provide the pathway for all of CRHS projects. Mr. Hearn holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
